⚾Baseball

It was a busy week for the baseball team. On Monday, they traveled to Bellarmine, where they lost 3-0.

On Tuesday, they traveled to Mt. Tahoma and won 15-3.

On Wednesday, they hosted Mt. Tahoma and secured another win 14-0.

And on Saturday, they played at Cheney Stadium against North Thurston, where they unfortunately lost 16-5.

The Rams currently sit in 2^nd place in the Narrows Division of the PSL with a 10-3 league record. There are two weeks to go in the regular season.

⛳Golf (boys & girls)
Silas Golf had several matches last week. On Monday at Allenmore, they took on Lakes and Central Kitsap. On Tuesday at Allenmore, they took on Peninsula. And on Thursday at Fircrest, they played Bellarmine.

⚽Soccer (boys)
This past Tuesday, the Rams traveled to Gig Harbor where they defeated the Tides 1-0.

On Thursday, they hosted Central Kitsap and won 3-0.

Silas currently sits atop the Narrows Division of the PSL with an 8-0 league record. The Rams are also currently ranked 1^st in the state in the 3A RPI rankings.

🥎Softball
This past Monday, the softball team traveled to River Ridge to take on the Hawks. Unfortunately, Silas lost 12-2.

On Wednesday, they hosted Bellarmine and lost 28-15.

On Friday, they hosted Auburn and won 23-2.

Silas currently sits in 4^th place in the Narrows Division of the PSL with two weeks left in the regular season.

🎾Tennis (girls)

The tennis team had a busy week with three matches! On Wednesday, they took on Fife at the Jupiter Tennis Center, where they won 3-2.

On Thursday, they hosted North Thurston and won 4-1.

On Friday, they traveled to Capital, where they won again!

The team currently has a 9-1 record as they head into the last week of the regular season.

🏃‍♂️Track & Field (boys & girls)

On Wednesday, Silas Track & Field had a league meet against Lakes and Peninsula. Our boys' and girls' teams both took 1st. Several athletes placed top 3 in their events: Cannon Howard, Chris Trevino, Oliver Buchanan, Eva Carlson, Jaquelynn Aguilar, Maleena Aumua-Taumaletia, Luke Glenn-Leufroy, Trey Collier, Kalayah Marcheselli, Daniel Silbaugh, Jefferson Vo, Orion Honn, Ridley Wood, Charlotte Allen, Addison Irish, Asha Jaskar, Savannah Hinton, Zyliah Sumpter, Abigail Fuoco, Carmya Barnes, Nathaniel Paik, Jamirie Pringle, Antonio Fuoco, Devonte Sumpter, Francisco Adams-Tres, Josiah Fields, JayQuon Hardy, William Sullivan, Ja'cari Skinner, Riley Foster

On Saturday, Silas Track & Field competed at the Bill Harris Invitational at Federal Way High School. This was a large meet, with 48 schools competing. The boys team placed 7th and the girls placed 2nd. Savannah Hinton set a new meet record in the 300 hurdles! Several athletes placed (top 8 count for scoring):

🤽Water Polo (girls)
This past Monday, the water polo team hosted Enumclaw here at Silas. They won 13-12! Gracie Van Hook had 6 goals, Isla Conklin had 3 goals, and Macie Bucknam and Juliana Menge had two goals each. Kat Owen had 15 saves!

On Wednesday, Silas hosted Peninsula and lost 10-1. Gracie Van Hook scored the lone Silas goal. Kat Owen had 11 saves.

On Thursday, the girls won their second game of the week against Puyallup 5-3. Gracie Van Hook had 2 goals, Macie Buckname and Jayla Kadow had a goal each. Kat Owen had 14 saves, and also scored a goal from across the pool to secure the win!
